This is a record of the progress in my Arizona garden in the Sonoran Desert. The goal is to change my garden from the weedy, rocky blech that it is, into something amazing. I hope that the information I discover, and the mistakes I make, can help others who are attempting to garden out here in the desert, especially those who wish to keep some parts of their yard as natural as possible.
Also, it's a record of how my yard changes from month to month. For those of you who are wondering what certain plants, trees or shrubs look at different times of the year, I hope this might be of some use.
The Backyard:
March 22, 2013 - The weedy, rocky, whole of the backyard
